Baker's Daughters is a Simi Valley bakery and café built around real food, natural fermentation, and the kind of daily bread people bring home for dinner. Our sourdough is made slowly, with simple ingredients and time doing the work, so each loaf develops a deep crust, tender crumb, and flavor that fits breakfast, sandwiches, and a dinner table in Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Chatsworth, or right here in Simi Valley.
The café menu follows the same rhythm. Brunch plates, tartines, sandwiches, salads, and bowls are made in house and built around fresh bread, seasonal produce, eggs, herbs, and bright sauces. You can sit down for a slow breakfast with a rosemary latte, pick up a loaf of sourdough or focaccia for home, or stop by after 11am for lunch on house bread.
